Here are my final vintage themed cushions. All of these pictures are my own!

3D Botanical Cushions

Flicking through this months issue of Mollie Makes (Issue 40), these 3D botanical cushions caught my eye in the corner of a page. These cushions are made by Sabine Herrmann, i followed the website link to see more of her creations.

My neck piece that I have recently made is similar to these cushions as the petals on my lilies are made from photocopies of the actual petals which makes them seem lifelike.

Screen printed cushions with piped edges

Screen print with repeat bottle print using pastel pigments and perfume bottle label in gold foil

After I had finished stuffing the cushions and arranged them I thought that the cushion looked far too big but we will have to see when i have assembled it together
